Place: Place the clay chunk directly into the lower track of the bead roller.
Roll: Align the top half of the tool into the guide tracks. Apply gentle, even downward pressure and slide the top piece back and forth a few times.

Do I need to use a release agent with these rollers?
Because polymer clay can sometimes be sticky depending on the brand (like Sculpey Premo or Fimo) and room temperature, we highly recommend using a tiny bit of cornstarch, water, or a spritz of rubbing alcohol inside the channels. This acts as a release agent and ensures your clay slides out cleanly without distorting its shape.
How do I clean my bead roller?
Do not bake your bead rollers or expose them to high heat, as 3D printed PLA can warp. To clean, simply wipe the channels down with a baby wipe or wash them by hand using cool, soapy water. If clay gets stuck in the tracks, a soft-bristled toothbrush will easily clear it out.
