How to Order
Our process is simple and personalized to your unique design.
Contact Us: Reach out via Line, Shopee, Messenger, or email us at [email protected].
Share Your Design: Send us your image(s) and tell us the sizes and quantity you need for each shape.
Please Note on Sizing: We work in millimeters (mm) for all our products, but if you prefer to use centimeters (cm), just let us know.
Get an Initial Quote: Based on your design, size, and quantity, we’ll give you a rough price for your custom tools.
Design & Confirmation: We’ll professionally redraw your shape in a vector file (like Adobe Illustrator) and send it to you for confirmation. This ensures the final print is exactly what you envision.
Finalize Price & Pay: Once you approve the design, we will confirm the final price. We’ll then send you a link for full payment.
Print & Ship: We’ll create the 3D print file, print your cutters or stamps, and ship them to you. Our current turnaround time for custom orders is 24-48 hours for shipping.
Pricing
Because every design is unique, our pricing is determined on a case-by-case basis. There are two parts to the cost of your custom order:
Design Fee: This fee covers the time it takes to create the print-ready file from your image. The standard design fee is 200 baht per shape.
Print Cost: This cost depends on the size and complexity of your final design. Print costs typically range from 100 to 400+ baht per shape.
Discounts for Bulk Orders: If you’re ordering multiple shapes at once, we often offer a discount on the design fees. The discount percentage depends on the complexity of your designs. For simpler shapes that are quicker to create, you could receive a higher discount.
Important Information & Product Care
File Types: For the best results, send us an SVG or other vector format file. We can also work with any image file, such as JPG or PNG.
Re-ordering: We will keep your design file on hand! If you want to re-order the same tool later, you won’t need to pay the design fee again—just the print price.
Custom Sizes of Existing Shapes: If you need a custom size of one of our existing shapes, we can adjust them to our standard sizes (12.7, 15, 19, 25, 32, 38, 44, etc.) at no extra charge. For other non-standard sizes, a small custom design fee will be added.
Material: All of our products are printed with PLA (Polylactic Acid) filament. PLA is a plastic made from renewable resources like cornstarch or sugarcane. It is a very popular material for 3D printing.
Using Your Cutters with Food: Our cutters are sold as clay cutters. While PLA is a type of plastic that is considered food-safe in its pure form, the 3D printing process itself creates tiny layer lines that can harbor bacteria. Many shops do sell 3D printed cookie cutters, but we recommend the following safety precautions for any food use:
Use a barrier: Place cling film (plastic wrap) over your dough or fondant before cutting. This creates a safe, clean barrier between your food and the cutter.
Hand Wash Only: Do not expose the cutters to hot water, as the high heat can cause them to warp. Wash them by hand in warm (not hot) soapy water and use a soft brush to clean any crevices.
